Khadamat Expands Through Strategic Partnership Between Solutions+ and Serco

Khadamat Facilities Management L.L.C. is proud to announce a significant milestone in its journey of growth and excellence. Our shareholders, Solutions+, a Mubadala-owned business consultancy specializing in digital and shared services, and Serco, a global provider of essential public services, have officially expanded their strategic partnership to strengthen Khadamat’s position as a national leader in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
The agreement was signed by Nasir Al Nabhani, Managing Director of Solutions+, and Phil Malem, CEO of Serco Middle East. The signing ceremony, held in Abu Dhabi, was witnessed by distinguished leaders including H.E. Homaid Al Shimmari, Chairman of the Solutions+ Board; Dr. Bakheet Al Katheeri, CEO of Mubadala’s UAE Investments platform; and Anthony Kirby, Group CEO of Serco.
Under the new structure, Solutions+ and Serco will consolidate their IFM service contracts into Khadamat, creating a stronger, digitally-driven, and customer-centric national IFM champion. This enhanced partnership supports the UAE’s national development goals by driving operational excellence and innovation, advancing sustainability through digital transformation, and reinforcing commitments to Emiratisation and local value creation.
