The Khadamat Service Desk will provide you a Request Number for every request that you log through the service desk. If you have provided us with your email address or banner ID, you will receive an auto generated email with the Request Number and the details of your request.
You can contact the Khadamat Service Desk and provide the Service Desk Officer the Request Number of your request. If you have provided us with your email address or banner ID, you will receive an auto generated email with the Request Number, details and updates of your request.
The Service Desk requests for the Banner ID to enable the officer to run a quick search of the name database and enter a request on behalf of the caller. Once the request has been captured; the system sends an auto generated email to the caller with a reference number and status updates thereafter.
You need to immediately inform the Khadamat TimeTabling Department with the following information – Building and Room, Course Section information of your course and the Faculty using your room.
You would need to call the Khadamat TimeTabling department, who can assign an alternative room for your course for the day. However the fault needs to be logged with the Khadamat Service Desk at 03 7138000 or servicedesk@khadamat.ae and they will direct your request to the concerned department to rectify the fault.
The Khadamat TimeTabling department manages room amendments. To request for this service send the request with the reason to the Timetabling department at timetable@khadamat.ae.
All time change requests can be processed only upon receiving approvals and therefore, you would need to contact your college advisor or department in order to proceed with any time change requests.
You need to fill out the Room Booking Request form (from the Khadamat TimeTabling section in the Khadamat website or you can contact the TimeTabling department and the TimeTabling officer can e-mail it to you). The completed form is required to be sent to timetable@khadamat.ae. The TimeTabling department will forward the room booking request to the concerned department from UAEU for approval if required and send a confirmation e-mail to the faculty/staff with details of the room booking upon approval. Please read the Room Booking Guidelines for more information.
The Khadamat Security Services department manages the access control of the buildings. You may contact the Khadamat Service Desk with relevant details at 03 713 8000 or send an email to servicedesk@khadamat.ae.
The Khadamat TimeTabling department allocates and changes rooms based on availability. The empty room may be booked for another faculty or event so we would advise you to check with the TimeTabling department before using the room.
The Khadamat TimeTabling Department is authorized to receive requests from UAEU Faculty, Staff, Student Affairs or the Youth Care Office. Kindly send your request to the TimeTabling department through any of the above mentioned authorized personnel.

The UAEU campus is a pedestrianised site. Khadamat staff are trained and authorised to use the electric vehicles to carry out their site based tasks. . You need to sound the alarm by pressing the ‘Alarm Button’ inside the lift and speak through the adjacent microphone. All the buildings are equipped to cater for any student, staff or visitor who may require accessibility assistance. Access ramps, accessibility toilets with alarms and waiting areas for wheelchair users are available in all facilities. UAEU personnel/designated laboratory specialist manages the containment and clean up of chemical spills. Khadamat Waste Management Team will collect used chemical spill kit, considered to be hazardous materials, upon collection request logged to the Service Desk. Please refer to process flowchart in this link (Chemical Spill Clean Protocol) for reference.
