Role:

The MEP Technician will be qualified and experienced in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Systems & BMS basics and is the principal technical resource in the maintenance teams. He must have a very well-developed understanding of maintenance principles and understand the importance of planned maintenance techniques. The MEP technician will also be responsible for managing resources appropriately to ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out at the planned frequencies and standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Educational – Trade Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC
• Relevant Experience – 3-5 years of experience with reputed Facilities Management company
• Skills Set – MEP and HVAC systems operation and maintenance technique – Knowledge in Chiller operation is advantage
• Communication & Reporting Skills – Ability to communicate effectively
