Position Purpose

The Senior Specialist – Office Space Management is responsible for overseeing the effective utilization, planning, and management of office spaces to optimize functionality, efficiency, and employee satisfaction across the organization.

Role Description

  • Coordinate and manage office space planning, layout design, and interior configuration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure office environments meet operational needs and align with corporate standards.
  • Manage workspace allocation, furniture procurement, and setup to support organizational workflow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize space utilization and enhance workplace productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ergonomic standards in office environments.
  • Act as a point of contact for space-related inquiries, issues, and improvement initiatives.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven experience in office space planning and workplace management.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and workspace layout optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with facilities management systems and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in office space management, interiors, or related fields.
