The Khadamat Timetabling Department provides services to the UAEU which include

1. The production of timetables for the academic teaching for the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters
2. Ad-hoc room bookings for teaching rooms, lecture theatres and various halls and auditoriums on the Male and Female campus.
3. Final Exam room allotments

The timetabling process is built around a computerised scheduling software, which is specially designed to schedule and manage the University’s physical and academic resources.
